We put our heart into every piece we make, and each order is handcrafted and personalized especially for you. Because your item is made to order and unique, we can’t accept returns or refunds simply because you’ve changed your mind.

1. Personalized Orders

Your piece is created exactly as requested, so please double-check all personalization details (spelling, dates, sizes) before confirming your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.

2. If Something Goes Wrong

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us your order number, photos of the damage, and the packaging.

  • We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or a full refund if the fault is on our side.

3. Our Promise

We carefully check every piece before it leaves our workshop, and we pack it with love to make sure it arrives safely.

If there’s ever a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We use trusted delivery services, but delays caused by couriers or customs are unfortunately out of our control. If your package is lost, we’ll help you work with the courier to find a solution.
